This hands-on workshop explores the world of sprouted foods. Find out why sprouts are important in your diet. There will be lots of tasty samples, a demo to learn how to grow your own sprouts and a helpful resource table. Participants learn how to sprout nuts, seeds, grains and legumes, and use them in recipes. You will take home several recipes, hand-outs, a package of sprouts, and inspiration to eat well.
