SUMMARY:Gourmet Marche Snowshoe Tour
DESCRIPTION:Gourmet Marché Snowshoe Tour is our annual event in support of the Huntsville Hospital Foundation. The event will take place Saturday\, February 24th\, 2024 from 1pm to 5pm at Tawingo Outdoor Centre (1844 Ravenscliffe road\, Huntsville\, ON). Guests can purchase tickets online through our website. Tickets are limited\, and we expect to sell out. It is a family-friendly event in which participants snowshoe along a marked trail and visit five food stations\, hosted by local chefs! Food will be served along the trail from 2pm to 5pm. \nOur winter tubing hill will also be open throughout the day\, and there will be bonfires where participants can warm up and socialize around a fire. Public washrooms are available in our heated lodge— Laughton Hall. DESCRIPTION:‘Twas the Night Before Christmas and Santa and his elves make their way to Huntsville’s Hidden Valley Highlands Ski Area on Christmas Eve. \nDress warm\, pack up the kids and make your way to the ski chalet for the RETURN of the ANNUAL Torchlight Parade. \nKids can visit inside and have their picture taken with Santa from 5 to 7 (by donation) while mom and dad and the rest of the family enjoy a musical performance from Tobin Spring while sipping complimentary hot chocolate and munching cookies (while supplies last)\, a light fare menu and cash bar are available in the cafeteria with FREE activities hosted by some of Santa’s special elves. \nThis is a FREE public event with non perishable food items by donation appreciated benefiting two local charities. \nCome on out to Muskoka’s ONLY ski hill this Christmas Eve AFTER the slopes and hill have closed from 5 to 7 pm with the spectacular Torchlight Parade taking place at 6pm. \nCheck out Ski Hidden Valley on Facebook and Instagram for more details.

It was from this that his creative effort began to formulate the concept of telling the story of Disc Jockeys\, Radio and the wonderful music that constantly reminds him of that exciting part of his life. \n“We used to pull over to a phone booth on a Friday night while cruising the streets\, put in a dime and phone in to “The White Knight” on CKBB 950 AM to make a song request or a dedication. We grew up listening to DJ’s play the music we loved. This is that Story .”
