It was from this that his creative effort began to formulate the concept of telling the story of Disc Jockeys\, Radio and the wonderful music that constantly reminds him of that exciting part of his life. \n“We used to pull over to a phone booth on a Friday night while cruising the streets\, put in a dime and phone in to “The White Knight” on CKBB 950 AM to make a song request or a dedication. We grew up listening to DJ’s play the music we loved. This is that Story .”

He is a Past Chair of\nImagine Canada and Past Chair of Imagine’s Standards Council\, a Canada-wide initiative to\nestablish standards of excellence (including: governance\, ethical fundraising\, accountability\,\ntransparency\, and human resources) for all charities and not for profits in Canada. He personally\nchampioned and led the development of the Standards Program which is recognized globally as a\nleading example of capacity development. \nDon has an MBA and BA\, Psychology from McMaster University and is certified as a Chartered\nDirector by the Directors College.
