Amber McNair, HPL’s Youth Services Librarian, offers Virtual Storytime using the online communication platform Zoom. Virtual Storytime includes picture books, songs, rhymes, bounces, finger plays, and scarf songs. Sometimes there’s jumping.  Sometimes there’s actions to do along with the songs. Have your shakers and scarves ready!

Let’s sing together (virtually)!  Perfect for children ages 0-6 and their parents/caregivers.

How to Participate in Virtual Storytime

• Download the Zoom app
• Sign in with the Zoom Meeting ID or link, along with a password, that has been emailed you to by Amber McNair. If you would like to be added to the email list to receive weekly meeting details, please email Amber McNair.
• Please have a facecloth, small piece of fabric or thin scarf available to participate in the educational scarf songs!
