SUMMARY:OktoberFest Muskoka
DESCRIPTION:Oktoberfest Muskoka is a a 4-day music\, culinary and beer festival that will take place from October 20-23\, 2021 in participating breweries and restaurants across Bracebridge\, Gravenhurst\, Huntsville\, Lake of Bays and Muskoka Lakes. \nBreweries will provide tours\, partner with local chefs\, retail vendors\, food trucks etc. to pair their beer with locally sourced products\, ingredients and menus. \nThroughout the 4-day festival\, participating restaurants will provide traditional Oktoberfest features such as Roast Chicken\, Sausages\, Pretzels\, Dumplings\, Potato Pancakes\, Sauerkraut\, Spätzle etc. Chefs and eateries will be encouraged to put a Muskoka ‘spin’ on the dishes incorporating locally sourced ingredients such as cranberries\, maple\, and shiitake mushrooms. \nEach night\, musicians and entertainers will be hired to perform in participating restaurants and breweries as an enhancement and attraction to these venues. \nFull Event Schedule is available HERE. \nOktoberfest is a collaborative Muskoka-wide event organized by Muskoka Tourism in partnership with the Bracebridge\, Gravenhurst\, Huntsville/Lake of Bays and Muskoka Lakes Chambers of Commerce. \n\nHuntsville & Lake of Bays OktoberFest Muskoka Participants:\n\nCanvas Brewing Co.\n\nLake of Bays Brewing Co.\n3 Guys and a Stove\nAlgonquin Cafe & Deli\nFox in the Henhouse\nMoose Delaneys\nThe Mill on Main

DESCRIPTION:The Ontario Maple Syrup Producers’ Association will be hosting the fourth Annual Maple Weekend on April 6 ~ 7\, 2019 from 10 AM to 4 PM. Participants in Maple Weekend can be found across the province in a number of maple syrup producing areas. \nMaple weekend gives you a first-hand opportunity to see how maple products are produced\, from tree to table\, along with the chance to taste and purchase quality maple products. \n\nActivities \nJoin the fun at a local sugar house. Sugar makers are inviting you to share in the centuries-old craft of maple sugaring. Come and talk to the producers in your local area. They will be happy to share with you how their operation works. \nMany will be offering free samples of fresh syrup\, as well as maple candies and confections. Come enjoy pancake breakfasts\, sugarbush trails\, sugar making demonstrations\, taffy on snow\, horse-drawn sleigh rides\, and more. Each producer has a unique list of activities and experiences in store for you. Check out each producer’s listing to see what specific activities they are offering on Maple Weekend. Experience the traditional maple sugaring craft and taste why pure Ontario maple syrup has long been a favourite springtime treat. Share in the fun of the sweetest time of the year. \nOntario maple syrup producers have a reputation for producing some of the best syrup in the world.
