Chair Yoga Workshop
A gentle yoga class with the aid of a chair and the benefits of increased circulation, balance, flexibility and stress reduction. Breathing techniques and meditation are included to promote focus, mental clarity and relaxation. Poses are designed to mindfully increase the range of motion suited to each individual. Appropriate for participants of all levels.
