Welcome to the 2019 “Muskoka Muscle” Fitness Competition, brought to you by IMPROVE Fitness.
Muskoka Muscle will be bringing athletes from all over Canada to the heart of Cottage Country. The event will be composed of 4 Divisions:
– Scaled Teams of 4 (2 Females, 2 Males)
– RX & RX+ Teams of 4 (2 Females, 2 Males, Seeded)
– Masters Individuals 35-44
– Masters Individuals 45+
– RX & RX+ Individuals (Seeded)
