Visit Back of Beyond Equine Centre and experience a daytime or evening horse drawn sleigh ride, through our own woodland trails (private for your group only), in the tradition of the original Muskoka settlers. Finish your adventure at a cozy campfire, roast marshmallows and sip hot chocolate surrounded by the beauty of the Muskoka landscape. Finish your experience with a farm tour to visit the 15 resident horses and ponies (most rescued or retired) on the farm; all with fascinating stories to share.

Fall horse drawn wagon rides are a fabulous opportunity to take in the vividly coloured autumn leaves of the Muskoka Maple forest.

During the spring and summer bring your family to Meet and Brush your Favourite Horse or Pony Pals Pony Rides. Beginner Summer Day Camp is a great way for children ages 6 to 11 to get to know and understand horses and takes the first steps of learning to ride.
