Indie HR Services is a boutique consulting firm providing customized HR solutions to small and medium sized organizations.

After an exciting fifteen-year career in both HR and politics, Tara Smalley opened Indie HR Services in 2014. Indie HR Services specializes in helping start-ups and small businesses build the HR foundations needed to grow, as well as both medium and large sized companies expand and improve on existing HR processes and procedures.

Indie HR Services provides customized human resources solutions for small and medium sized businesses located within the Muskoka region.  We provide HR outsourcing and leadership to business owners, engage with management on employee matters, and oversee HR projects.
