The Centre for Mindfulness is gathering community and stakeholders around the vision of a meditation retreat centre in beautiful Muskoka. This Centre will be diverse and inclusive and of benefit to the community at large, to mindfulness meditators, other contemplative practitioners, and more. It is CMM’s goal to foster improved mental health and a path to freedom for practitioners near and far.
